Better Voluntary Compliance Through Written Warnings and Resources
Safe & Sound issued 63 of 100 scheduled Department of Neighborhood Service’s warnings, but at 833 warnings to date we have already exceeded our yearly goal of 800 warnings. In collaboration with the Department of Neighborhood Services, the 770 houses have been re-inspected to date. 85.5% of 336 households re-inspected completed home repair and/or exterior maintenance voluntarily. Over 77 households have already applied for home improvement resources through the community referral assistance of Safe & Sound.
