Logo Design Contest for “It Just Takes One (You)” Campaign

The Bridging the Gap Youth Summit brought community and youth representatives and elected officials together to partner with young people to devise a program or strategy for 2012 that would bring awareness to nonviolence as a goal for communities in Milwaukee. The logo contest is the first phase of the anti-violence campaign that will be launched with a rally the end of May, 2012.

As the program evolves, involving juvenile offenders in Safe Places and training them to participate in Circles as youth community representatives remains one of our highest priorities. A Strong Collaboration with City Services
Over the course of the summer the woman repaired her porch and sent Tim pictures of the completed job. Along with the pictures, she wrote that because of the progress of the block watch she feels more comfortable spending time on her newly improved front porch.
